Good oral hygiene is vital for maintaining healthy teeth and gums.
Frequent visits for hygiene cleaning will help prevent the accumulation of plaque and tartar that causes gum disease and tooth decay. We can also advise on diet and the benefits of healthy eating on oral health.
We recommend brushing your teeth twice daily with a fluoride toothpaste as well as cleaning in between your teeth (using floss and/or interdental brushes) at least once a day.
At Kilburn Dental Studio, we believe prevention is better than treatment whenever it is possible.
