New patients
New patients are welcome to register with us. We are currently accepting new Private and NHS patients. Please note we only have a limited capacity for new NHS patients.
Please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment time if possible to complete our dental and medical questionnaire.
Your dentist will carry out a thorough oral health assessment including x-rays (if deemed necessary), as well as a routine screen for oral cancer.
Following your examination, your bespoke treatment options and preventative advice will be explained to allow you to make an informed decision.
A full written treatment plan will then be provided for your consideration.
Please bring the following with you to your first appointment:
List of all medications
GP Contact Details
NHS Number (10 digits)
Written proof of exemption and National Insurance Number (if applicable)
If you are unable to attend an appointment please give us at least 24 hours cancellation notice.
